If you want to update your Dashboard password, all you must do is follow these simple steps:  

• Select the “My Portal” tab.  
• Look for the “Change Password” section.  

• Enter your actual password.  
• Enter and confirm your new password.  
• Click on “Update”. 

Now your password is updated! 

Did you forget your password? That is not a problem at, all you need to do is: 

• Access our login page by clicking here. 
• Select the “Reset Password” button. 
• You will get an email that will allow you to change your password. 

On the other hand, if you need to change the password of a Specific Challenge, you must follow these easy steps: 

• Select the “Challenge Account” tab. 

• Select the account that you would like to change the password for. 
• Click on the “Credentials” button. 
• Click on the “Reset Password” button. 
• You will get an email with your new credentials.
